Wii Video Game Systems
If there is a new video game system coming out on the market, my husband tends to know about it long before I do. He loves to play games, but he rarely has the time to actually play one for more than a half an hour at a time. However, that does not stop him from dreaming about buying the newest system. Now that my daughter is six, she has suddenly taken more notice of such things as well. After a friend of ours got a Wii video game system a few weeks ago, both my husband and my daughter have stated it is about time we get one.

I have been playing role-playing games online for a long time. I actually grew up with more traditional types of role-playing. When I was a kid, I loved Dungeons & Dragons. It was more than a decade before sophisticated online RPG games came around, and even the computer PC programs out there weren't very good. None of them could really compare with the thrill of face-to-face role-playing.

Download Free Computer Games for Hours of Fun
We have a houseful of gaming consoles that see plenty of use, but had overlooked the PC for our play time until recently. I realized that we were amassing a pile of console activities that cost a pretty penny but weren't playing them very much. The problem was that the kids couldn't tell for sure whether a game was going to be worth the investment until after money was exchanged and the game was brought home. Many of their choices just didn't end up holding their attention the way we hoped. That's when we discovered that we could download free computer games that would allow us lots of play time before we invested cash into a game for our library.
